Evolution Equations and Semigroups

The workshop “Evolution Equations and Semigroups” on the occasion of A. Rhandi’s 60th birthday has been held at the University of Salerno in February 26-28, 2025.

The purpose of the meeting is to highlight recent developments in the analysis of time dependent equations and in the approach of semigroup theory to evolution problems.
Taking inspiration as well from the topics which have characterized the career of Abdelaziz Rhandi, Professor of Mathematical Analysis at University of Salerno, various results related to the application of the semigroup theory to elliptic and parabolic differential equations, to the control theory and to differential problems on networks will be discussed.
