Dr. Giulio Galise “On the Liouville property for a class of nonlocal degenerate elliptic operators”

We introduce some nonlinear extremal integral operators that
are the nonlocal counterpart of the so-called “truncated
Laplacians”. For these operators we obtain the existence of
fundamental solutions that lead to Liouville type results.
